BK Marcus is an amateur political economist with no formal education in the subject.
He works from Charlottesville, Virginia, as an editorial consultant for the Ludwig von Mises Institute.
He is no longer a house husband, nor a faculty spouse, but he is still a dilettante and a layabout, at least in spirit.

Gary North says he's created a new department: Academic Re-Entry.
It's aimed at adults who are thinking about going back to college.
The department is a two-week course in the basics of academic survival in the first semester of college. It's a course on study skills. If you are interested, it's here:
